After trying and getting very frustrated by what seemed to be a catch-22 dilemma, I emailed Congressman's Larson's office. A wonderfully competent person named Lisa called in response, said she could and would help and the problem was cleared up within a few weeks. She promised and delivered. Kudos to her and to Larson for hiring her. I tried to resolve an issue that my wife had with SS and Medicare PartD which went on for several months.
