Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen announced a settlement Thursday with Martin Kanefsky, the former chief executive officer of Kane Capital Strategies, Inc., as part of a nationwide investigation of alleged anticompetitive and fraudulent conduct in the municipal bond derivatives industry.
