Today we continue our new series, this one crucial to anyone approaching age 62 or older – Social Security.
It is tremendously complicated, especially for couples when they both have worked. Making the right decisions could add or take away as much as $400,000 to your income stream from Social Security. The Maffe Financial Group has specialists who have closely studied the ins and outs of Social Security and have allowed me to video tape a sample presentation that they are offering free to groups. The Maffe Group is conducting workshops on Social Security that I highly recommend: Two FREE workshops at the Tolland Public Library. One is on March 9 at 7 p.m. and the other is on March 23 at 7 p.m.Â
The second venue is the Vernon Continuing Education program at Rockville H.S. The dates are March 31 and April 27 at 6:30 p.m. These are $15 per person.
