Raging Richard Blumenthal’s Fabricated War Claims Heard Around The World Tonight

As we in the media know, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal normally just can’t get enough television coverage.

But for some unexplained reason, Blumenthal, who entertained veterans at small gatherings by making up stories about having been a combat Marine in Vietnam, decided to be shy when Australian television showed up at his Hartford offices to film “Heroes, Frauds and Imposters,” which focus on three American politicians who used false military claims to be more admired.

I guess our Attorney General – who did everything possible to make sure he never got sent to Vietnam, including joining the Marine reserves – just didn’t want to explain on international television just how one could have a “slip of the tongue” dozens of times. But, as he runs for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Chris Dodd, Blumenthal said the slips were only caught a handful of times. He forgets the dozens of other times people like his political friend Chris Shays said he heard him make the false claims.

We can really be proud to be the only state I am aware of that has an attorney general who is a proven liar.

You can see the video here. This is the intro to the story:

“USA – Heroes, Frauds and Imposters

They’ve fooled their families and friends, duped hard-bitten veteran soldiers and somehow managed to grow and prosper under the radar of America’s sophisticated military machine. They are the legion of liars and cheats who have fabricated service in the frontlines of war – particularly Iraq and Afghanistan. It’s a despicable phenomenon called Stolen Valour. It’s boomed since 9/11 and it’s infuriating those who really have put their lives on the line and appalling those who’ve lost loved ones in battle.”

I don’t George is lonely. There are many business owners who feel your name is exactly right when it comes to business and Blumenthal.

  2. i am tired of the blumenthal vietnam story also. how about reporting on linda mcmahons attacks on blumenthal but that she seems to no substance to her campaign other than attacking him. i receive mail from her about 4 of the 6 days that mail gets delivered and there is no contact on it to get removed from this annoyance of her mail. i wish blumenthal would have some responses to her allegations and come out fighting in order to try to win. man up blumenthal.

    • So you’re sick of hearing about what a liar Blumenthal is, and you’d rather see McMahon get criticized for pointing out what a liar he is?

      Good luck with that.

    What crap.

  4. Job Killer Blumenthal’s problem is that he’s a horrible politician. I wished they’d get over this Vietnam stuff, we know he has poor character, let’s start highlighting his populist, self-interested policies which have led to jobs evacuating the state at record levels.
