We are thrilled to announce that Cheryl Jones-Reardon, CEO of The Mindful Path, LLC, is joining our Ctwatchdog.com team as a regular blogger.

Cheryl lives in central Connecticut, holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut and a Certificate in Spirituality from Saint Joseph College.

She has completed extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Cheryl is a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Science, and Health Careers at Manchester Community College and is the author of the book, Mindful Exercise.

A former celebrity fitness trainer, Cheryl provides inspirational speaking engagements, seminars, and wellness coaching for inspired individuals.
