Today we posted Kevin Szymanski’s 25th training video, this time focusing on the shoulders, with several workouts to strengthen an area frequently forgotten.
Kevin’s “student” in his video is David Fuentes, site director of Healthtrax in East Longmeadow. And of course Bella is Dave’s three-year-old bulldog who only comes to work on special days. The heavy breathing is from Bella, not David.
Again, it’s important to check with your doctor if you have not been working out on a regular basis. Kevin is one of the top personal trainers at Healthtrax in East Longmeadow where my wife and I belong. Kevin has been our personal trainer for more than two years.
Each week we will present at least one new video that you can use at home, or at a gym, to improve your core strength, the most critical parts of your body for lifting, and moving around, especially as you get older.
