Kevin’s Core Workout 29: Protect Your Back, Strengthen Your Core

Today we posted Kevin Szymanski’s 29th training video, this time focusing on the back, core and a little aerobic exercise.

Again, it’s important to check with your doctor if you have not been working out on a regular basis. Kevin is one of the top personal trainers at Healthtrax in East Longmeadow where my wife and I belong. Kevin has been our personal trainer for more than two years.

Each week we will present at least one new video that you can use at home, or at a gym, to improve your core strength, the most critical parts of your body for lifting, and moving around, especially as you get older.
