The Better Business Bureau says it has received hundreds of complaints about SneakFoot.com from customers accusing the company of failing to send them the merchandise the paid for.

They say the company fails to respond to their inquiries and obviously received an F rating from the BBB.

The company claims to be operating out of Virginia but the BBB said it tracked its website to Canada.

Sneakfoot.com says on its website that it sells 388 products, including sneakers that cost as much as $300, apparel, ladies’ bags, and watches – which unfortunately are presently sold out.

The BBB, which has had more than 7,000 inquires about the company, said “At this point, the company has stopped responding to any complaints sent from BBB.”

On its website, the company claims to have thousands of “verified five star reviews.”

The last consumer complaint on the BBB site had less than five-stars:

“I ordered on March 9th. I’ve emailed, texting, tried calling this company. At first i emailed to correct the apt number but they never replied. I reached out MULTIPLE times. This company is a SCAM! They need to refund my money and take their website down. It’s been a month and they never responded or anything”

Another customer wrote “I ordered a pair of shoes a couple months ago but I haven’t received them and they don’t respond to my emails anymore asking for a refund on my order.”
