Blumenthal’s Vietnam Tales Kept Alive By Conn Political Blogger

While the rest of the Connecticut media has forgotten or forgiven (or pretended it never happened) state Attorney General Richard Blumenthal’s false claims at scores of speeches to veterans that he served as a Marine in Vietnam, Don Pesci, who owns the blog Red Notes From A Blue State, is not about to forget or forgive.

This is his latest colum.

In it, he brings us up to speed on the issue and poll results. Though I think the race between the Blumenthal and Linda McMahon is a lot closer than what the latest public polling shows.

Don Pesci

And it might get closer when Blumenthal stops hiding from the press and the media (at least the national ones) force him to answer questions about not only his false claims about Vietnam service but about how he runs the Attorney General’s office.

There might even be some questioning about affidavits that his people filed in court that did not meet the test for full disclosure.

  1. If people in this state elect this lying Dodd-clone, then I’m outta here. No way will I live and pay taxes to CT anymore if its voters are that crazy. After Dodd, have they lost their minds to put another career liberal democrat in the US Senate?
