Another reason to eat a Mediterranean diet is that it will protect your brain as well as your heart, new research shows.
According to today’s Wall Street Journal article by Jennifer Corbett Dooren, such a diet may protect against blood-vessel damage in the brain, as well as the heart, “reducing the risks of stroke and memory loss.”
