Fingerhut Review: You Will Vastly Overpay For Products And Get Stuck With High Interest Rates

At first glace buying a product on Fingerhut might seem like good alternativel for those who have poor credit.

But a closer look should have one consider other options as you will pay 50 percent or more on products and will have to pay 29.99 % interest from the day you place the order.

And that interest rate is not clearly disclosed on Fingerhut’s website, in fact it is hidden.

I called Fingerhut to ask where the interest rate is disclosed on its Internet site. David, the customer service representative, was initially unable to find it.

He did tell me what the rate is. When I again asked him where it was disclosed, he finally figured out that it was at the bottom of many lines of fine print under “terms and conditions.”
