For those following the legal twists and turns in my wrongful termination suit agaist The Courant I am providing this update.

The next oral arguments are scheduled for Nov. 1 in Hartford Superior Court.
Today I received The Courant’s response to our complaint about their refusal to turn over discovery information and their response on the critical motion to dismiss my suit.
