Better Business Bureau Hopeful Minor Changes Will Appease Critics Of Its Pay To Play System

Steve Cox, the president of the 120 chapter Better Business Bureau Council in the U.S. and Canada, is much better public relations spinner than a reformed who is going to bring credibility to the 99 year organization.

In response to a devastating ABC TV 20/20 investigation this month on his organization, Cox now says that errors were made – unintentionally – that reforms will take place.

As we in the media know, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal normally just can’t get enough television coverage.
